Sky not working
A few neighbours reported their Sky not working – they had no telephone or broadband internet service. They complained of having no dial tone and their phones were completely dead. They also lost Internet and Broadband connection.
When asking around the rest of their street it seems that the fault only applied to Sky customers. I checked the official Sky website which states that Sky have an outage affecting East Anglia Sky customers due to equipment maintenance and scheduled upgrades taking place.
Sky scheduled maintenance work has over run causing loss of telephone service to Sky customers. The problem is in hand and Sky hope to restore telephone and broadband service to customers as soon as possible.
